All meals and accommodation are included with the package with the exception of Friday dinner.

Registrants will be provided with their own bedroom in a two bedroom suite conference style accommodation on campus. Each compact suite has two private bedrooms, one shared washroom, and a shared kitchen, containing a refrigerator, table and microwave. Bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, desk, full closet and a lovely view of the campus. Bedding, towels and housekeeping are also included.
